A beginners guide to fishing

If you are new to the sport of fishing, you need to know some of the fundamental rules of fishing. As I saw somewhere the 1st. rule of fishing goes something like this : A Bad Day Fishing Beats A Good Day Working! Must be a clever guy to came up with that one :)

Like other forms of hunting, fishing involves both their environment and those around you. Be respectful of both. Enjoy responsibly this pastime guarded in several ways, fishing is an ancient practice. It goes back to nearly 10,000 years.


A number of various techniques and traditions was used during the progression of fisheries. Modern technological developments have changed the way they remain people fish, but many of the same rules, regulations and social standards involving fisheries. Practice always good stewardship of our waterways when fishing. Remember that these waterways were around thousands of years before you and will remain long after we are gone. You can make an informed decision to leave zones where fish people in better shape than when it is found. The practice of certain behaviors will ensure that you are taking good care of places where people fish.Never Litter when fishing. If you can you plan on using a boat while fishing, research to see what types of watercraft where you are going to fish.

Each fishing location is different, then pay special attention to local procedures and warnings. This also applies when you decide to clean your boat after leaving the water. You do not want to spread of non-native species to another body of water. Finally, never fish where fish is not allowed. There is always a reason why it is illegal. Some reasons include the protection of certain wild species, the proper care of vegetation and the safety of you and others who want to fish. As with all forms of hunting, safety is first. Acquisistion a boat while you fish, always wear the jacket life.
